Synesthesia: Music and Colors
Music. Colors. Hope. SYNTHESIA.
Synesthesia is the ability to perceive colors in sounds. In this multidisciplinary concert of classical music (piano and voice) and visual arts, we will witness this fusion.
In this concert, the mezzo-soprano Mariana De la Rosa will offer us joyful music from different origins, while contemporary paintings by visual artist Étienne Saint-Amant will become dynamic projections. The colors of the synesthetic interpretation of each piece of music will be imprinted in these visual works, making this concert a unique experience. We will be able to let ourselves go with pieces by Schubert, Fauré, Glinka, Yamada, among others. But also, smile and move with others like "O sole mio", "Rossignol" and the colorful "Brasil".
